SERVO MOTOR AUTOMATIC CORE VENEER COMPOSER MACHINE
The veneer composer machine is a kind of fully automatic equipment that splices the finished products or wastes of the middle plate (sandwich) within the specified size. Its operation process is: feeding, correction, flattening, transfer, edge alignment, gluing, line pressing, automatic stacking. The product is a new type of improved equipment developed on the basis of the traditional panel splicing equipment and in combination with the variety, size, humidity and flatness of the existing domestic plywood raw materials. It completely solves the problems of card board, overlap, glue line sticking wheel, technological breakthrough, product innovation, PLC coding program, and realizes the full automatic control of the machine. The whole machine has the characteristics of low price, convenient use, less cutting, energy saving and low fault, which can be operated by one person. It has a good splicing effect for the medium plate with a thickness of 1.2-3.2mm.
